A Visit to Santa

We went to the Gaylord Texan today and Santa had no line, so we went ahead and had the kids pictures made. Jason asked Santa for a kitchen, so I'm sure the elves will be hard at work fufilling his request.

Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving we went to Abilene to see Shane's family. There were lots of cousins to play with and Jason had a great time and it was Madison's very first Thanksgiving. Here are some pictures from the day.

30 Years

Today is my parents 30th wedding anniversary! I really wanted to put one of their wedding pictures on here but I don't have any of them on my computer. If I can get one though I will definilty post it because it is hilarious, my dads tux is VERY 1978! So here are some pics from 5 years ago of them celebrating there 25th anniversary on a cruise we went on. For there 30th they are celebrating in my Dads favorite place of all VEGAS! So congrats Mom and Dad I can only hope that Shane and I can have as many wonderful years together!

Already trying to catch up...

Madison is riding on Jason's "big red car" now. This was the ride on toy that he got when he was 8 months old and it is still his favorite toy. Now that Madison is able to ride on it she follows him all around the house trying to keep up with him on his tricycle. I think she has many years of trying to catch up with her big brother ahead of her. Of course since this is his favorite toy the fights over it have already begun and I get to play referee. I think I have many years of referring ahead of me too!

I made Madison a tutu to take some pics in. I intended to take her birthday pictures in it but when I tried it on her she just looked too adorable so I snapped a few pics early. Isn't she a cutie?

Election 08

The kids were decked out in there red white and blue for election day. Madison went with me to vote while Jason was at school. Just for the record Madison is thrilled the guy she helped mommy vote for won!

Off to Neverland.....

For Halloween the kids dressed up as Peter Pan and Tinkerbell. We had a very busy and fun Halloween! In the morning we went to a Halloween party with lots Jason and Madison's friends at Ashley and Aidan's house.

My Mom and Dad came over in the afternoon for the trick or treating fun. Here is a picture of Jason Trick or Treating.


Jason's friends Zander and Lana came over to trick or treat with us. Here all of the kids are after a long night, they were all so tired!
It was a great Halloween, I'm already thinking about what the kids will be next year!
